Fantastic. The graphics are surprisingly good in vr for a game that is over 15 years old. The gunfights are definitely more stressful than in Alyx, but being able to run much faster and jump makes a big difference. Having to reload manually is taking some adjustment compared to the original game. Valve would absolutely update Alyx to make use of the haptics. DEEZLE13. Gonna buy a psvr2 headset as soon as HL alyx is announced for it. Half Life Alyx has great art design, but Half Life 2's design is positvely timeless. HL2VR was made for VR and it shows in being an honest cut above many VR games on the market. HL2VR is damn immersive and has been smooth to play. HL2VR has great sound effects and the guns feel good to reload and fun to shoot. However, just because Half-life:Alyx is no longer VR won't remove its intensive VR graphical requirements. So whether you are playing it in VR or not, make sure you meet the grapical requirments above to make the most of Half-life:Alyx.
